    Shishi Desai has been in the field of eyebrow shaping and beauty care for over three decades in Southeast Asia. Her passion for the ancient art of brow-shaping led her to open the “Eyebrows2envy “ salon in 2008. Her talent for threading increased her popularity and fame, bringing her loyal customers.

    Shishi’s desire to individualize her treatment according to the needs of her clients is evident in her growing clientele and makes Shishi Desai’s salon and spa one of Colorado Springs best-kept secrets.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. All cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance and must be made by calling the salon, NOT contacting your stylist. Collective Hue Salon reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the services sales lost due to a last-minute canceled or rescheduled appointment. If a 24-hour advanced notice is not given and we are unable to fill the appointment gap with another guest, we will collect the service sales missed. No-shows will also be charged for the missed service sales which will result in fewer approved bookings. Thank you for your understanding!
